BOVIN wines are made from 80% grapes from its own vineyards and 20% from selected vineyards, using environmentally friendly vineyard practices that are protected only once or at most twice during vegetation. Combined with carefully controlled fermentation and Bovin production style with modern production facilities, this makes Bovin wines the most exclusive and appreciated wines of the Republic of Macedonia. About 70% of the production are red wines and 30% are white wines. All wines are of high quality and are sold only in 0.75l bottles, some wines are also bottled in 0.25l and 0.187l.
